Very inflexible service
Very inflexible service. I bought a new car, keys are not working and so I need to get it sorted. Earliest appointment 2 weeks from now, but the car and keys have to be dropped in the morning, between Monday to Thursday. There is no flexibility, no afternoon or evening , or Friday or weekend drop off options. The Customer Service can't tell me if the car will be ready same day, and so I can forget about planning my work.
