Had my carpets and flooring done in November 2022,All aerial points damaged by fitters, cost us more to get re done,The fitter that fitted my lino in my kitchen and hallway marked all my walls and cut the lino wrong and tried to hide it with glue, albany carpets knew they had done this and tried to blame the sky man. A partial refund was given but refused to replace.LVT come up in living room repair done 2 months ago but was advised would need re glueing have been trying to contact them via email and calls left so many messages with staff over last 2 months they say there pass it on but no one comes back to you, carpet on bottom of my stairs defective another fitted pointed this out when getting a new quote for lino.pictures sent and emails sent but no response.was advised that fitter would come back to stretch carpets once we paid to have aerials replaced still nothing. This company are good at little jobs but not big areas. They should of paid not us they damaged them! Wow just had simon out to fix after waiting 7 months, He has now broken the aerial lead and blamming the company who fitted them, The aerial was working untill he started messing about with it another expense for us.All he did was use double sided tape for a quick fix i would not recommend this company to anyone.very unprofessional and started swearing at us.This company have ignored us for 7 months then i put this review up and within a few hours we get an email to say there coming out.Its very true the saying u pay for what u get, we sure did! Would never use this company again if there ever is a problem he blames everybody else apart from his fitters.

After a bad experience with home depot

After a bad experience with home depot, I went to Albany carpet one. The staff was.exceptionally helpful and easy to work with. The carpet layers were very quick, courteous and did a great job. My wife was very happy and that is saying alot as she is the daughter of an exceptional carpet layer, and not easy to please. I would recommend Albany carpet one to anyone wantin a good job and easy experience.
