Albarose make beautiful and well made momentos of our beloved pets. Through email they update you of the progress of your order at each stage. I was constantly updated and reminded that I could ask questions about the process. I have used the services of albarose three times and am completely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. Nothing seems to be too much trouble

The pendant is lovely, beautifully made and the colour of the pink gem is perfect. The progress updates while it was being made were very welcome and the delivery time was far less than estimated on ordering.
I am very glad that Alba Rose are in colaboration with Dignity Pet Crematorium as this gave me peace of mind and confidence that the pendant would be genuine and actually include my pets ashes, rather than picking a company from the internet, which I would not have felt happy doing.
