Run far from Alberigo Hotel Management. Richard Alberigo is a great marketer, but that's where it stops. His team has gotten even smaller, and he sends AI-crafted emails every so often to give the illusion they're doing a good job. Somehow the new hotel I'm working at also uses them, and they're only conducting site visits about once a month. Please don't risk your hotel with them. The company's office address is his home.

Terrible experience with Alberigo Hotel management. Save yourself the trouble and find another property management company.
When our owner migrated his hotels to them last year, revenue tanked almost immediately—and we even had checks bounce. The team is extremely small, just a few people, with nowhere near the capacity to handle the properties they take on. The proprietor, Richard, talks a big game but doesn't follow through on a single promise he makes. We eventually had no choice but to switch off of them.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
