Poor advertisement and communication - there wasn't an immediate download link sent.
So the website advertises many things and one thing is BPM Studio Pro 5. As a DJ I've used their program previously (about 12 years ago) and loved it so much, I was surprised they have released a windows 10 version. On their website they mention that upon receipt of payment, they will email with a download link. This was never the case and now I'm in a dispute with them to send me a refund as I've never received the licence for it. When I eventually received an email reply, no link again was given apart from logging into their site (which no email or password was created) and then download it from there.
