Alctron HE810 - high delay latency makes these useless!

I bought the HE810 "Wireless Monitoring Headphones" by Alctron.
They have terrible latency, playing audio with a half second delay compared to wired headphones.
Half a second delay in playback, in monitoring headphones, is a terrible flaw. They're absolutely worthless for studio or live use, anyone trying to play along using these things will be completely out of time to the actual audio.
They're basically just expensive wireless headphones - they serve no use for "monitoring" and certainly cannot be used in any creative process due to high latency.
