This is top shop!
I ordered a new display and it didn’t work, they send me another one with return label and it didn’t work as well. BUT! Problem actually was in my bicycle, so I sent them back both displays and they refund me money and didn’t charged me at all!
And by the way, the price for display was cheapest among everyone in internet) highly recommend this shop)
Stopped at their branch to ask what the cost was for fixing a broken gear cable and got a 400dkk quote. An hour later they informed me by phone it was going to be 1600dkk, as the gear box fully needed to be replaced. Repeated the number a few times during the call to confirm and Okay - old bike (>20 years) but fine. Went to pick it up and it had a new chain etc and a bill of 2600dkk. Yes, it bikes well and there is my lack of the danish language but this felt like a wild bill, even to my danish friends. Maybe confirmation via email or SMS could prevent surprises?
Worst customer service ever! Empty workshop, two technicians and „no time“ to do a small adjustment to gears that doesn’t take more than 5-10 minutes. Very poor...
Good customer service. Ordered a bike tube that blew up when inflated to the right pressure. Customer service shipped a new tube upon request.

Very unfriendly staff. I just needed them to unscrew a bolt on my bike (as I didnt have the tools to do so myself). This took them less than 1 minute to do... and they charged me 160DK(!) for this (without telling me in advance)! Total ripoff/scam! Plenty of MUCH cheaper bike repair shops in the area, avoid this one!
Recently had my commuting bike for a full service. Asked that all parts be exchanged that show signs of failure, given that I need the bike all year round for a long distance commute. I explicitly mentioned the front sprocket and disk break pads. No parts were exchanged: not necessary. About 200km later the bottom bracket failed and had to be exchanged with another bike mechanic. He made me aware that chain, sprocket, cassette and disk breaks needed to be exchanged and was amazed that Alex Cykler had not found ANY of these urgent issues. Never again.
