I too wish I had read the reviews. I had spent £124 ordered on 28/06/2024 was delivered 21/07/2024, but stated 5 to 10 days delivery time, which alarm bell should have been ringing very loudly.
The return label shows a Southall address, which houses several worldwide logistic companies all personnel being Chinese, and the very touching story about planting trees with every 3rd purchase laughable!!!!!!
I will be returning all the goods WHEN I get the address, I shall also be TRACKING the goods, and expect a FULL refund.

I agree with ALL previous comments a terrible company avoid them.
My purchase began with unreadable customer address I emailed twice with no response to my request, then suddenly it arrived & it’s awful nothing like I expected.
The company is in CHINA!! I NEVER order from there only UK.. Not a worthy company at all. I cannot spend another £30.00. On return. What a stitch up!!

1 star not worthy , wish I had read the reviews as previously said took ages to arrive £30 dress too small & really cheap material , looked at the returns policy it says all customers have to pay from £25 to return to china even though it clearly states free hassle free 30 days return , it also makes you think it’s a uk company… not so! Surely trading standards should be aware of this corrupt outfit?

I ordered from them because of supposedly being based in London. Haha. I was fooled. I am mad. My gut said no but my head said yes. I ordered a £30 dress. Awful fabric and size came up small. Messaged them immediately and got email back saying it'll cost me £30 to return to China! Mad. Then I'd supposedly get a 100% refund. Or keep dress and pass on and receive 15% refund. I'm appalled that these companies are able to trade as though they're London based. It's soul destroying and anger making. Shouldn't be allowed.

Dreadful company. They say 'hassle free returns'; you have to pay £30 to return these shoddy items as they have to go to China!!! Avoid them like the plague!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I waited weeks for the dress, when it finally came it was really poor quality so I requested a refund. They told me it would cost £30 to return it! They mask themselves as a UK company but are based abroad. They were orginially responding to my e-mails but are now ignoring me. This is a scam - AVOID at all costs!

Just awful, daylight robbery

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Cheap material that looks nothing like that on the website and they pretend to be based in London while in China. The item took forever to arrive and when it did, it turned out to be complete rubbish and I am being asked to pay the same amount I use in purchasing it as return cost. Please avoid at all costs

Why can’t zero stars be given?This company needs to be taken to task by someone.
Photographs of clothes they advertise as really lovely.
What a shock when they finally arrive!A review I just read said the item could be used as a dishcloth.Sorry ,I disagree my dishcloths as better quality than the material of the dress I was sent.
I shall never buy again nor recommend this company to anyone.

I'd give 0 if I could, rubbish quality from a company based in China, returns not possible, they offer percentage refund then don't follow through

Dreadful as other say ! Wish I had seen reviews , it states 30 day no quibble refund . You have to pay £30 to send back !!! Dreadful all round , will try and get full refund via PayPal as they are misrepresenting their returns policy . Chinese rubbish

Have just received my “dress” and like every other review it is very very poor quality and looks nothing like the online version- no chance of returning and as previous customers have said there is no indication on the website that this is a China based outfit -avoid at all costs -only I’d the reviews before I sent my money.

As others have said, impossible to return the poorly fitting and substandard clothing for a refund. No returns address on the website and all email correspondence seems to be AI generated. I am raising a dispute through my credit card company and would encourage others to do this too.

I worked with him before. Please help me get his attention and pay me for the work 🥹 He unfriended me on discord which is our only way of communication, my former workmates has been paid but my pay has not been sent yet. I've been asking him to pay me because we were devastated by typhoon and since I will not be working anymore from him but he made me wait until end of month and now, I still didn't received my pay. Please help me reach out to him, he will not like it and I can disclose more so all of you will be informed what's going on inside the company. I really don't care as I didn't signed any NDA from him!!! This man is not a good businessman and how he runs the business! glad that I am no longer working with him as he reprimanded me that I refund a lot so he gets angry and did not let me continue working. Please help me get my pay 🙏 I need it to buy food and for my father's medicine 😔 if anyone can help me too where I can file a complaint so we can have his website stope please help!

If I could give zero stars I would ! Sharp practice at best downright fraud at worst! Bought an item , it arrived , nothing like the picture and cheap , cheap , cheap . Enquired to return it ( on paper they have a 30 day hassle free policy) only to find it’s anything but! It’s all out of China - which could be fine Shein and Temu are Ok , but it turns out to return it costs up to £30 so nearly the cost of the dress with no guarantee it’ll get there! SCAM stay away!

Same as everyone else. Not happy. Have asked for a return address but it’s over a week and nothing! I was offered 50% off but I’ve a friend who visits China regularly so I offered to return locally. How do we go about shutting this con down?

Like many others I wish I'd read the reviews before buying. I've given one star because I can't give zero. As others have said the products look really good when you look at the website But what actually arrived is a cheap garment,if I had seen it before I wouldn't have paid for it at all leave alone think of wearing it. It's just cheap rubbish, I'll feel embarrassed giving it to the charity shop.

Well another customer out of pocket.. beware this company gives impression it is based in UK.. it’s in China… and you can’t get refund ..feel totally ripped off !! AVOID
