We had a fantastic experience with Alexanders Removals and Storage. From the very first phone call, the booking process was incredibly efficient and straightforward. The office team was so helpful, patiently answering all of our questions and helping us manage some trickier logistical challenges. On moving day, the crew was brilliant—they were professional, friendly and worked tirelessly to get us packed up and moved, all in one day. Everything was handled with care, and they made what could have been a stressful day feel completely seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can’t recommend Alexander’s enough. Robin and his team made a big and complicated and emotional move (with items going to different locations) so much LESS painful. They were so helpful, efficient, friendly and really went above and beyond. It has been by far the best experience of working with a moving company I have had to date and if you get Robin leading he team then you will also have lucked out! We will definitely be using them again.

We recently entrusted Alexanders with the daunting task of packing up and relocating an entire school from one site to another, and we couldn’t be more impressed.

Excellent service from the entire team at Alexanders. We used their services as part of a house purchase where we had very tight deadlines and could only confirm the move date with only a few days notice. Alexanders offered flexibility on the dates, which other moving companies were not prepared to do on such short notice, and our move manager Callie was fantastic in helping us coordinate everything.

On the day, the moving team were also excellent. They were both efficient and careful, all our items arrived in a pristine condition, were placed exactly where we wanted them in the new house, and there was no damage whatsoever to either property.

I highly recommend Alexanders - they were extremely efficient and professional helping us with a large complicated move which was confirmed at very short notice. The first visit to assess and cost our move was followed with a detailed survey two days before hand which was very reassuring as I was so daunted by the scale of our move. The removal team worked efficiently packing valuables which was essential. They were led by a strong team leader who master minded both days perfectly. And our move manager Callie was incredibly friendly and swiftly responsive to any changes and requests.

Very slick and quality service from all the team. Justyna, our move manager, was incredibly helpful and adaptable to changes we needed to make as our move date neared and kept us up to date at all times. And on move day, the onsite team were efficient and thoughtful in moving our stuff as well as helpful and considerate in working with us. Any issues were quickly identified, discussed with us and resolved very quickly. In our case getting additional people on site to make sure our deadline was met.

We worked with Alexanders when between houses for both storage and removals and they went above and beyond to make it a completely seamless and stress free experience, whilst taking great care of our belongings. Callie was super responsive and helpful with providing quotes and coordinating the whole process and answering our many many questions.
Also the pick up of boxes and materials post move was a super useful added bonus, especially in London!

Alexanders Removals were absolutely fantastic and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. They are ultra efficient and easy to keep in touch with. They are quick to respond, even at weekends. The guys unloading were fast, friendly, polite and so professional. We used them for storing everything whilst we had renovations done so we had a lot of communication over a period of 6 months. Alexanders Removals were helpful from end-to-end, beginning with the pre-move survey, through customer liaison and for the move-out and move-in.
They also held my goods in storage for 3 months, a useful service if you end up between homes.
The on-site team had an excellent work ethic, were careful and polite, while customer support was always quick to respond.

Excellent, reliable service

Alexanders made my move effortless. I was dreading it honestly. But Lukas and his lads arrived and everything vanished into boxes at the speed of light. I literally did nothing except pack some personal bits and pieces I would need as I wasn't moving directly to our new home. The best part of the process was my dedicated move manager Justyna Szwajda she seemed available to me at all hours and would respond instantly to my requests. I made many, many changes some at no notice (including disposing of a massive, very heavy, metal, safe). Dates changed. We had to add storage unexpectedly. She assisted me with disposal of many items we did not want and in truth went above and beyond. I can recommend Alexanders without any reservations.

Chris and his team were very friendly and obliging. No obstacle was too great for them. They listened and took directions from me and transferred the furniture to the rooms I wanted them in. They were quick, efficient and very personable. And Justyna, who co-ordinated the storage and removals was very helpful and efficient and reassuring.

Zobby and Peter were really great. They arrived a little early but helped box and pack up the last of my items. They were quick, friendly and all of my stuff arrived in good nick. Have used random man and van before, this was my first time hiring real professional movers. It made such a difference. Totally recommend.
