I trust this shop halfway around the world more than Amazon down the street. Ordered replacement buckles for my TCX boots and it was here in an amazing amount of time. Just a couple of days. Great service. Shipping is high to order often but if they have what you need buy it.

I'd been searching for the Forma Adventure Low boots for a while in the United States, and found them here. They had posted on their site that the boots were a size 12.5 and shortly after I made my purchase the customer service team reached out to me to let me know that they were in fact a size 12 but would like to know if I needed a larger size before they shipped them out. The size 12 worked perfectly and I received my boots over the weekend. That's from Italy to California in the United States quicker than I've gotten most of my purchases that were made here in the states. If I could give more than five stars I definitely would.

Unbelievable overall experience!!! First time buyer of motorcycle riding items from the Europe to the USA. Was hesitant at first, but interacting with Alessio, all my concerns disappeared! Alessio was there whenever or whatever I was seeking to get clarification with - either supporting or suggesting an alternate option to meet my requirement(s). Best of all - the international shipment transit time - I received my item from Italy to New England within 5 days via FedEx, which is mind-boggling compared to what some of our within the US deliveries take. Will - CERTAINLY buy again from you AlexFactory!

Awesome service. I'm in the US and I used a sizing chart to determine what size to order. They made sure to contact me and confirm before shipping. Thank goodness! I would have received the wrong size, and the shipping hassle and cost of international trips would have made for an awful experience. Shipped fast too.
