I was a bit nervous to purchase from an overseas vendor. Boy did AlexFactory set my mind at ease.

Within a day or so of placing my order (for some motorcycle boots), I got an email advising me that the brand sizing runs small, and asking if I had allowed for that, or if I wanted to change my ordered size.

Then a few days later a box arrived with the boots I ordered in perfect condition. I would never have known that this wasn't a vendor right down the street.

I ordered boots from Alex factory and they emailed me to chat about the sizing just to make sure I got the right size. I had them shipped to my home in the USA. They arrived on my doorstep in less than 7 days! The box was in perfect condition and the boots look and feel awesome. I was very impressed at how quickly they arrived. I have honestly never felt more compelled to write a good review for a company. I’m in Alaska and ordered a pair a riding boots. Knowing the boots run big I was emailed right away to ensure the right size would arrive. We emailed back and forth 5 times to make absolutely sure. With a 7 hours time difference it wasn’t easy for them. Appreciate all the customer service I received and they have definitely earned a regular customer.

Ordered boots from Alex Factory on Sunday. Alessio contacted me Monday with some questions regarding sizing - he wanted to make sure I got the right fit the first time. Boots shipped Wednesday and delivered Friday. Perfect fit and excellent customer service and shipping. Can't believe it only took 2 days from Italy to Colorado!

Let me begin by saying the customer service that I received from Alessio at Alex Factory was phenomenal! I had order my normal size in US for the Vitrik GTX shoes. He contacted me with the recommendation to move up a half size to 12.5. This was a perfect recommendation and proves that they know their product lines and care about the ultimate satisfaction for their customers. The shoes are comfortable and a perfect fit. Awesome quality and durability. I would highly recommend Alex Factory and the Kayland line.
