I placed an order with this company in January, I have made several attempts to contact this company with no response. I will request a refund tomorrow from my card company as it now seems there are a large number of customers who experience problems with this company, my best advice is not to use them as it is evident they do not care about customers. Very sad indictment upon Danish business ethics, I have ticked the box to pass this onto the company and will be happy to update if I receive any response.

Never received my items, never got a response on email. It's been 4 months with no reply.

Will definitely use again!! few problems with the availability of some items, but was sorted quickly enough. Super fast shipping to australia.

I'm from Russia, where is very difficult to find rare parts for my Alfa Romeo. All of these parts are purchased in Europe in on-line stores, but sellers don't want (or fear) to send their goods to Russia, Alfastumper not one of them. High-quality products, a wide range of products, quick settlement of issues related to sending the goods, convenient payment service (paypal), I used this service only three times, but I hope that in the future they never let me down. I agree with George. Alfastumper are one of the best companies I have dealt with on the internet. They replied to all of my queries within minutes and my item was on its way two hours after I placed my order. It arrived on my doorstep in Adelaide, South Australia, four days later! On top of that the shipping cost was less than I was quoted to ship a similar second hand item from Melbourne Australia to Adelaide. You can't beat service like that as far as I am concerned. I will certainly buy from them in the future.

I have purchased from Alfastumper for over 2 years now and will continue to do so. It is very hard in Australia to find parts for our cars and Alfastumper offers some very good deals for us and assists with the shipping prices too.

Recently I had a concern about some of the charges and I was contacted directly. Very professionally we sorted the problem in no time where everything was explained clearly and concisely. Many Australia alfisti purchase from here and we are more than happy, with the owner taking the time to post on local forums with advice and news.

Bought an undertray for the 156 - it arrived in the UK in 2 days. Can't ask for more than that! Fits perfectly as well.
