Needed a replacement boot lid button for a 2015 Giulietta - many ropey 2nd hand items on eBay. Contacted Alfa Workshop - they confirmed which part I needed by photo, supplied it within 2-3 days at not much more than the used ones available on line. Genuine new Alfa part, brilliant service, will use again for anything Alfa related.

I have used AW for about 8 years now. I have three cars they look after - two older Alfas and an Abarth - and they are the best garage I have ever used (and Ive used a lot...). Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and great customer service. Very fair pricing on parts and workshop. No ask is too much. Thanks Ben, JP and team.

Genuinely struggled with this review because I honestly don’t think I could write anything that could come ANYWHERE CLOSE to matching the service I have received.

I religiously took my Abarth to the dealer year in year out. Having visited a few Abarth meets, pretty much everyone said to me, if you have a problem, don’t go to the dealer, go to Jamie!

My car, I won’t lie, has had its fair share of problems. I have religiously had it serviced every year, tendered to its every need but despite all the TLC, it’s had an on going issue, PRESSURE SENSOR ERROR!!!

Jamie and his incredible team, I say incredible because from the second you walk in the door, you’re not walking into a garage, you’re walking into something special.

Ben & co on reception, you’d be hard pressed to find nicer guys to deal with. Insanely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much of a problem, if they can, they will, they call a spade a spade, no blagging, no waffle, they call a spade a spade.

I had the pure honour of having Jamie, the owner personally take the time and effort to work on my car after previous fixes resulted in the issue occurring.

At every stage of the diagnosis, Jamie took the effort to come to me, show me and explain in non technical English the problems so I could easily understand the next step.

Hand on heart, I can’t find the words to say how much I appreciated each and every person that’s works here!

I had the honour of Jamie’s time and skill and the team he employs on reception. They have an amazing sense of humour whilst staying professional, which I sense comes from Jamie and his business ethos. A happy work place is a productive work place!

Boy do they deliver above and beyond top end service! Jamie should be proud of his team, and they should be proud to work for an amazing boss like Jamie!

The waiting room upstairs has viewing windows so you can watch as his teams of devoted professionals work! They have nothing to hide, all you will see is good, hard devoted work and care for you’re vehicle!

Just call them. Will be the best call you’ll ever make for you’re car!

Have just received a new rear box for my mito, fantastic service, excellent price. Was dispatched within hours and did receive the following day. It's the second time I've used these guys and they have my trust . Will be using them many more times. The part was top quality and packed well. Comms constantly from the second go. Thankyou so much all concerned.

Didn't receive my parts waited and waited constantly fobbed off blamed DHL now my car is wrecked still no part and they kept my money looking at a bill in the thousands that could have been avoided if a company that sells parts managed to send them avoid avoid avoid

I have used the Alfa Workshop numerous times, mostly for parts. Website is helpful as are the staff.

Incorrect timing belt replacement procedure. Did not remove spark plugs or lock cam shafts. I have little faith this was done correctly, the car drives poorly now as well.
