STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered 28th of July but the 10th of September is when I received an item. It was not what I paid for.
I had to chase on the 12th august, 22nd august, and 5th of September.
During those times of chasing I had been told my order was arriving this week.. then it was oh I went through the sweaters so fast but should be coming next week if not before. Then they go holiday without completing the order.
When I chased on the 5th she said it was leaving today but Royal Mail is on strike.
When the sweater came it showed it was sent on the 8th and not the 5th like she had said and it wasn’t even what I asked for. A different colour. When I messaged and asked for it to be changed or a refund she said they don’t do refunds and the colour she chose is better. I said it goes down to personal preference and it’s not what I ordered.
Also, I ordered 6-12months but it’s bigger than 18-24m tops.
Stay well away as the customer service is disgusting and you won’t get what you ordered.
