Very good communication prior to ordering. The product was exactly as described. I was surprised at how quickly I received the package in the USA once I was notified it was shipped.

A big thanks and compliment to alibabike.com! I found a backpack, which wasn't available anywhere, except here.
Because it was out of production I was searching a long time for this. To my surprise alibabike still had one. shipping was fast. And the shopping system is superb! I highly recommend to create an account. It is a pleasure. There you can perfectly check the status of your order and its tracking information. If that shop would be in Germany, or if shipping to Germany wouldn't cost that much, I guess I would buy all my bike stuff there ;)
