Unhelpful Video format

I had an Alien Megahero installed which I look at via a mobile phone as a monitor.

Poor communication resulted in a very good quality camera being removed and an inferior one being installed.

An incident occurred and the Police required me to send a copy of the video to their website.

The video was rejected as it was not a standard MP4 at all. Cannot find any conversion facility to enable the use on any standard viewer unless you play it through their own player which is not useful or helpful at all.

Alien do not have a phone line at all which is a great hindrance in this day and age in the UK.
