Verry good company, tool and support also very good.
Subscription is a little bit to expensive, an i think it should be difference at Subscription, because all users paying same amount,even if you dont have all the Protocols activation.
There should be improvements.
Because is not normal that somone with only cars activation company for the full Subscription .

You're selling even very simple cables…
You're selling even very simple cables at high prices. I also own an FGTech Galletto device. Two capacitors are enough to read EDC7 ECUs, and it explains it nicely. They charge a separate fee for this simple cable to read it with a KESS device.

Terrible customer service.
I am very disappointed in the companies strategy with the way they handle problems. If you buy a slave, you are basically stuck with the company that you have your tool with. Regardless of how incompetent and unfair they may be. I would never again buy from them, but rather invest in a kt200ii. This gives you master ability. Allowing you to move your files to where ever you choose. Edit and response. You allow non professionals to be tuners, why should I not be allow to move my tool from them. Terrible business practice. I will never buy anything from alientech or any other company affiliated with them again. You have lost a client for life because you wont stand up for them.
