Disappointing

We placed an order and paid a deposit in November 2025. We were promised delivery in 3 weeks, then before Christmas, then February 13, then February 28 ,Then first week of mrach then march 26 — none of these were met. We are now in late March 2026 with no machines delivered. Our business has been severely impacted. Additionally, the Media Package has not been delivered despite uploading the required materials. Emails are not awnsered . Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.
