My lawn mower broke down after a few month of use. The company refuses to fix it. Got several rude mails from the Teknisk Chef for Scandinavia where he says we are happy to complain with the goverment since they do not want to help me under waranty.
To summerize bad product and even worse costumer service.

Perfect product and more importantly great customer service and sales experience from ordering to delivery.

These guys resell Sanli products with incredibly poor quality, have ludicrous service and no end user support. You would be much better off avoiding AL-KO altogether. We have a brand new AL-KO mower with a bent crankshaft after the second run over the very same ground the old lawn mower cut for 10 years.
We hit tree roots innumerable times with the old one but with the new AL-KO the very first time we hit one we have a bent crankshaft.

Alko robot klipper, har nu kørt perfekt i 3 år. Den har det med at ende nede i et hjørne af haven men 800 kvm have ser fin ud undtaget et hjørne men ok det er også lidt gemt væk

Elendig app og der er ikke blevet gjort noget ved den i flere år.
Min kinesiske robotstøvsuger er lysår foran med udviklingen af appen.
Med alko appen kan man ikke styre en pind og det virker generelt som om at ALKO er fuldstændig lige glad.
Man kan ikke en gang sætte den i gang med en kantklipning fra appen.
Senest kom den tilbage fra vinteropbevaring med en opdateret funktion med frostsikring, men kan den styres via appen, næ nej. Som sædvanlig så skal man helt ud til maskinen for at styre denne funktion lige som de fleste andre funktioner.
Latterlig håbløst! Køb ikke!!!!

Miserable app and nothing has been done about it for several years.
My Chinese robot vacuum cleaner is light years ahead with the development of the app.
With the alko app you can not control a stick and it generally seems as if ALKO is completely happy.
You can not even start it with an edge trimming from the app.
Most recently, it came back from winter storage with an updated function with frost protection, but can it be controlled via the app, no no. As usual, you have to go all the way to the machine to control this function just like most other functions.
Ridiculously hopeless! Do not buy !!!!
