This is a family run business, and the family are very knowledgeable and experienced, Andy & Callum were very helpful indeed. I found them totally trustworthy, and they went above and beyond to assist. The vehicle we purchased was exactly as described and has been totally reliable. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again
Dropped e-bike off with a power issue. All Terrain are an approved distributor for the bike manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty clearly states bike can be taken to any approved distributor and warranty repairs are free of charge. All agreed issue and repair were under warranty. The repair took 2 ½ months and when it was finished All Terrain demanded £90 towards the cost of warranty repair, which I refused to pay and my bike was held hostage until I (not All Terrain) chased the manufacturer to settle the invoice.
Buying a second-hand car can be a bit daunting at times, but this company just went out of their way to be helpful and I am very happy with the car I bought from them. This is a family run company and they obviously care about providing a good service, which is very rare these days. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a second-hand car and if I ever need another car I will be checking their website first.
