Package not delivered
Ordered seal kit for Marzocchi Bomber fork on 07. October 2020 and the package was not delivered. Emailed them on 16.11.2020 about that and no answer till today. Will never order from this shop again. No customer support, not answering email. I think that i will never get my package or a refund. Stay away from this shop!
Edit: this is answer on all4bikes replay to this review. I choose letter, yes, but 10 euros is not cheap for sending really small parts. Other shops send bigger parts with tracking for this amount of money. I can't believe that there is no tracking or not one possibility to see where the shipmet is or any contact with your postal service that you choose. Also how can i believe you that you really shiped this order? I dont have any proof, any information whatsoever. This is not by any EU laws acceptable. You have my money on your account, i dont have your parts that i ordered, so you see my position here.

Sorry to hear about this. But you should mention also that instead of using the standard proposed traceable and insured shipping option you did explicitly choose for the clearly mentioned untraceable and uninsured shipping method 'letterpost'.
Therefore it's impossible for us to respond to questions like 'Could you please check where my package is' or to respond on any further refund claims.
This being said I hope you package will arrive soon or later.

I've ordered a Tacx E-thru-axle via All4bikes.be, this was out of stock in the larger cycling webshops but All4bikes quickly responded they actually have it in stock. Smooth order process, shipping and delivery.
However, shipping costs for a very small piece were rather high. Requested for an alternative shipping method but no flexibility was offered, although it should have been possible.
