The product and service were excellent and the price was fantastic if you want underlay use this company, I would use them again without hesitation.

I found this web site whilst tring to fathome out why underlying should cost as much as a cheap carpet and what was the difference between the different types.
This site gives honest advice about underlay and prices it accordingly so that you don't have to spend a small fortune on ensuring the life of your floor covering .
Ordering a delivery was prompt and reasonably priced. All in all the service I received was excellent and I will definitely be returning for future purchases

I made an enquiry by email before purchasing and with the reply and information on the site I purchased my producy which i managed to lay with easeafter viewing the help video's. Well satisfied so far and will keep you in mind when it comes to my other rooms

First roll arrived next day with no problems. second roll arrived next day but had been damaged by the courier (it is very heavy). I have now been waiting a week for a small credit against the damaged part of the roll.

Moisture tape was squashed upon delivery & there were no carpet grippers which I should have received as part of a special code put in "FREEGRIP" on the payment page.
Speedy delivery & underlay was the best on line.

An excellent priced product, with no hassles. Very easy to fit and get on with.

First delivery day arrived, no sign of delivery so rang. I'll get back to you in a few minutes- about 3 to 4 hours later "your payment has been refused" (what!) Ok, take payment now on the pohone (same card-no trouble).
New delivery date arranged for next day off, and asked to ring me the day before to confirm (didn't happen). The delivery arrived a day early whilst I was at work, luckily a neighbour was in and accepted.
Yes a good price, but what a pain in the backside.

Came next day to Highlands of Scotland, no extra charge

Compared prices of Tredaire Dreamwalk and it was 35 pounds a roll less than the shop supplying the carpet. The underlay arrived 3 days after I placed the order, just like they promised. What more can I say? Delighted!l

My husband looked onm the internet for underlay as he felt that the prices quoted in carpet shops were extemeley high. We received our underlay at half the price quoted for similar underlay in carpet shops and it was delivered next working day. Very pleased with the service.
