BUT, the excpected time of arrival was way overdue when I finally got my items and I got the wrong wig. I ordered a dark blue one but got a lighter blue, longer one. I checked, and those were two different products.
However I did a second order with a total of 5 wigs and nothing went wrong that time. I would trust this site and recommend it to someone who wants a good start with cosplaying.

They gave me a bogus tracking number to check it but never sent out the item. After responding with the support center they were suppose to refund the money but never did. Now the support center email no longer works..... Had to file a claim with paypal.

I placed an order with allanimedvd.com on 5/04/2012 and received my dress on 5/17/2012. The dress fits PERFECT (I checked my measurements against their size chart) and its VERY true to the picture on the site. The wig quality is good that it is washable. The price was also very reasonable. I am so happy with it and so excited to wear it to a convention in a week.

I also emailed to ask about shipping time and I got great email customer service. I would definitely shop at this site again.

I had ordered 5 items here including 2 costumes and 2 pillows and 1 necklace. The shipment arrives very fast, and the necklace is damaged by the posts during transit. I emailed them about it and they have it replaced for me free of charge without needing me to return the item. They rock!! I am very happy, and the replacement reaches me in another week. I ORDERED FROM THEM ON DEC.19, 2011. TWO NECKLACES AND TWO PLUSHIES, THIS WAS PART OF MY 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY GIFT. I RECEIVED THE NECKLACES IN A TIMELY MANNER, BUT IT TOOK OVER A MONTH BEFORE THEY NOTIFIED ME THE PLUSHIES WERE ON BACK-ORDER BUT YET I HAD PAID FOR THESE ITEMS.THEY COULD NOT GIVE AN EST. DATE OF DELIVERY. ASKED WHY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR THEM TO NOTIFY ME, THEIR EXCUSE WAS, THAT IT WAS CHINESE NEW YEAR. MY EXPERIENCE AFTER THAT WAS IT TOOK ON AN AVERAGE OF 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS WHICH NEVER GAVE ANY INFO JUST TO TELL ME TO BE PATIENT. ON APRIL 8TH 2012 I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE FINALLY SENDING ONE OF THE PLUSHIES, BUT I HAD ORDERED TWO. APRIL 29,2012 THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE REFUNDING MY MONEY. MAY 6, 2012 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND. APPROXIMATELY 4 1/2 MONTHS HAS GONE BY AND IM STILL WAITING ON THEM. THEY ARE LACKING IN ANY FORM OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG TO GET AN ITEM OR A REFUND"

My mistake was, I trusted them. As soon as the Paypal time to dispute time had expired, I received no more assurances that the items would be shipped. Beware, they may play this game with you.
