Not as good as they used to be
Not as good as they used to be. Have had issues with packaging on my last two orders, firstly box so badly sealed a product fell out and I received the rest bagged up by the Post Office saying sorry but this is how they received it.
Secondly, was expecting a giftset in a metallic cylinder, instead it arrived in a cheap and nasty looking pink net bag. Probably won't be ordering in future.

I’m not impressed
I’m not impressed. I paid for next day delivery on a parcel for a birthday gift and it didn’t arrive. I have written an enquiry email and no one has responded still no update on item being delivered. Shocking!

I sent two online requests regarding a brand which has been removed from Allbeauty's brand list. I have today received a reply from 'gorgias.com' which relates to my query - but the sender details in no way relate to Allbeauty - is this genuine, or has the company outsourced its contact feature?
udpate: now searched gorgias.com - it appears to be a 'conversational AI platform'.

Be careful buying from this company. I paid £95 for a bottle of fierce then the following day the price changed to £55 for the same size bottle. They didn’t reply to my email addressing this worry. I believe this has to be a fake for the price
