I think Allcapitaltrade is a scam. They took my one hundred sixty thousand dollars after I bought crypto from them.
I am 59 years old. I signed up with Allcapitaltrade because it was easy to verify my account and put my money in to buy crypto. At first everything was okay.
Then I tried to get my crypto out of Allcapitaltrade. That is when they sent me an email saying my account was frozen.
Now Allcapitaltrade is asking for a lot of papers from me. My bank statements, proof of how money I make, where I got my money. I do not want to give them all that information about myself. Allcapitaltrade already has my ID so why do they need to know about my bank accounts
I am lucky I only put one hundred sixty thousand dollars into Allcapitaltrade. Not more than that. It is still a loss for me. I was ready to give up and forget about it because it is not worth giving them all my financial information.
Then I got mad. I found Poma Advisory. They told me I should not give up on my one hundred sixty thousand dollars. Getting my money back from Allcapitaltrade was not easy. It took a long time. Months of sending letters talking to Allcapitaltrade and proving my money was clean without giving them everything I own. Poma Advisory helped me the time and in the end they got back every single dollar for me.
This is what I learned from dealing with Allcapitaltrade. If a company like Allcapitaltrade stops you from using your account right after you buy crypto from them it is a trick. Do not just walk away like I almost did. Get help from someone like Poma Advisory. Poma Advisory made a difference for me and my one hundred sixty thousand dollars.
To Allcapitaltrade: asking for papers after you let people put money in is not right. You should be honest, with people.
Would I tell people to use Allcapitaltrade? No. Allcapitaltrade is the scam I have ever seen and I do not want anyone else to lose their money like I did.

All Capital trading is nothing but a scam! I've submitted my a withdrawal request two weeks now and I've yet get a response.
There platform is just smart acuurate coding that allows users to see there money , but not able to make any withdrawal.
Don't be a victim of scam like I did , don't trust the Google Chrome lock because they have legitimate certification which shows Google Chrome authenticated.
I have all the evidence that I was a victim of there ponsy scheme.
Don't listen to any reviews than this one because you'll be cheated our of your hard earned cash if you do otherwise!!!

Want to lose your money that's guaranteed with this fraud company that's right you will never see your funds again, I can't stress enough don't give these guys your hard earned money. AllCapitalTrade is a bogus clone, they are all crooks and scammers of the worst kind. In an effort to recover my funds I have employed a professional crypto recovery investigator reported AllCapitalTrade to the Criminal Investigative Authorities & Federal Police these crooks must be stopped. Hopefully I will recover my lost funds in the process.

I was just requesting to withdraw my $1200 USD and close the account but the supervisor of Hannah De Luca (my account manager) is holding the funds and advised me that I cannot close the account with a valid reason. This broker is just good in asking for more money to invest. Stay away with this company. Otherwise, you are at their mercy when you want to withdraw your funds.

All the positive reviews are fake don't go near these guys professional scammers. Can't believe I fell for it & lost so much money. I asked to withdraw & of course they tell you you need to pay more money in order for the exchange to release your funds. It's a simulated trading website they type in all the fake numbers! I have not heard back from them at all just poof vanished after daily calls! All have Russian accents but claim to be from UK. My initial deposit was to somewhere in Nairobi it said on my statement. Save yourself the heartache I'm going through now only wish any review on them was up earlier when I was searching!
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE SCUM OF THE EARTH THIEVES!!

If I can rate them with zero stars I would. A bunch of thieves. People from there speak with European accents & say they are from UK. Spoken to about 4 of them. Extremely rude and ill mannered. They refused to refund my AUD 2000 unless I invested another $2000, and asked if U had a law degree, when I said the request was absurd. More than a month now since I requested a refund.I have not got a refund. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!!!!!

I made my first and lonely withdrawal request on April 14, and nothing ever happened.

I give this broker a 4/5 cause I have only been trading for a couple of months now, but so far the results seem to be promising. I will surely keep using broker services and update my review in the next few months.

I have spent the past couple of weeks trading on All Capital Trade and I've had to face many challenges. their customer service always comes through for me when I'm in need of assistance, which makes trading super convenient. I only have issues with how much time it takes my money to reflect in my account. I wish I'd spent less time waiting for my money
