All Day Auto Transport Reviews 

They specifically state in their advertisements and quote that there is no "bait and switch" tactics, and yet that is EXACTLY what they do. They know the going rates for shipping cars but they give you a much lower quote. And after you've filled out paper work and they've taken your payment info they present you with a price $100-200 more than the quote. Their explanation??? "That's just what it costs. Anyone can give a quote at any price, but this is what is costs." The lady was quite pleasant until I questioned the price being so far off from my quote ($150) and about their "no bait and switch" advertising. This was all after a conversation with the manager who assured me I would get the quote price. Needless to say I cancelled my order. I've got no time for dishonesty. Tell me what it costs up front! I would have gladly paid if they had just been straight forward.

GREAT service! Ordering was easy, customer service was friendly and helpful, and dispatcher was quick! Even picked up and delivered a day early! I have recommended to my family and friends already!

This is my first time shipping a car. I got hundred of quotes from different companies to ship me car from NJ to CA. This is not the lowest price I got, but they shipped my car safely and without any other unknown charges. I rate 5 stars for their clean and quick convenient servers. Thanks for their representative's patient, cause I really asked a lot of questions before shipping. Oh, btw, it's not the lowest price I got, but it's also a reasonable price.

This was my first time shipping a car and after extensive online research through both success and horror stories I decided to entrust All day Auto Transport with my vehicle. I called, was given an estimate, signed the contract and booked the shipment of my vehicle all within an hour. The original rough estimate was just under $1000 from CT to CA, secondary estimate came to $1200 with a verified pick up/drop off date and I was able to negotiate a final cost of $1100 through All Day Auto and the third party trucking company that actually moved my vehicle. All Day Auto Transport made this whole process very easy and worry free. Everything that Wayne described and promised came to fruition within the given time frame. The third party trucking company brokered through All Day Auto Transport was just as great in the execution of the service. Driver called me 24hrs before pick and gave me a 15 minute window for pick up time. Everything was well documented and 10 days later, as promised, my vehicle was delivered to my door in CA. I would highly recommend All Day Auto Transport and would like to thank Wayne for making this first time process very easy and smooth.

There are no words to explain how absolutely amazing this company truly is. My husband and I live in Tennessee and needed a reliable and dependable transport company for our car in Louisiana. The quote they gave me was $650.00, and I paid $800.00. They told me that my car would be picked up on a Wednesday and I would have it Thursday. I got my car Friday morning. The dispatcher Angie had a very bad attitude and very rude every time I called about my vehicle. There was a lot of miscommunication. I got my car, and I hope i never be in that situation again because they will see you calling and send you to voicemail. My experience was fair but that dispatcher needs to be fired.

Gary told me that they would pick up my recently purchased antique car in Pennsylvania on a Tuesday and deliver it to me in Alabama the following Thursday and that is exactly what happened and in perfect condition, too. I would use them again if I had the opportunity....Dale

I used all day to ship my wife's car from Boca Raton to San diego in November . I spoke with Justin and he had the car picked up on the day requested and delivered even faster than I expected . They really sounded like a more professional outfit when I spoke to All Day Auto Transport and Justin compared to other agencies . When I spoke to other companies I got a lot of windows and we have to find you a driver type of talk. Justin had me on a three way call with my driver 15 minutes after booking the order . If you want a smooth transport I would not go any where else

Overall such an easy transaction. I shipped to cars from Florida to Massachusetts. They picked it up and delivered them exactly when they said they would. I wasn't given a 15 day window like others. I had my cars within 4 days of pick up. The driver was very professional and efficient.

To be honest, I did not know what to expect when getting an auto transport broker or how the business works. All Day just happened to be one of the first to call me but they were the nicest and most professional I talked to. I already had a general idea of the cost to move a vehicle 1200 miles but they came in a few bucks cheaper still. Yes, I could wait days to book and sift through dozens of other vendors to save $30 but why put yourself through all of that. Even better, once the driver was assigned, they helped coordinate picking up my car a full 24 hours earlier than expected. So for the value of a standard haul I received expedited service and my car delivered in mere DAYS instead of weeks - unbelieveable! Driver advised of ETA with text, and another surprise was a fully covered carrier to protect my car delivered in perfect condition. Overall I guess I got lucky, but others won't have to if you take my advice. Just call All Day Auto Transport and you won't be disappointed.

I called on Tuesday to arrange shipping. My car was picked up on Wednesday and delivered to my buyer later that night! Both the consultant and the driver were very professional and courteous!

My family and I had vehicle transported from MD to LA and the entire experience was handled very professionally. The driver was in constant contact giving updates on any possible changes to his arrival but even through bad weather and some minor setbacks, the delivery was actually ahead of schedule. Wonderful experience with All-day Auto Transport, I would definitely recommend this company for any auto transport needs.
