Unacceptable delay.
I ordered a ring online. I was told it wasn't in stock, but could be made especially on a non-return basis, payment in full in advance.
Weeks later, I was asked to review my purchase, which I had yet to receive. "A hold-up in the workshop - 6 to 10 days" when I had already waited the expected six weeks? The ring is exquisite and came with an insurance valuation and gift wrapping, but be warned: if you need an item for a special occasion, order early!
I'm adding to this review because the reply from All Diamond on trusttpilot homed in only on the beauty of the ring, stating that a long wait was normal. I expected six weeks, not to be brushed off when I queried the additional time about which All Diamond hadn't had the courtesy to warn me. It was only their request for a review that alerted me to the fact my expensive ring had, apparently, yet to be completed.

While most items are in stock and available for next-day delivery, certain pieces—especially those made to order—can take longer.
As with most retailers across all industries, full payment is taken upfront before an item is produced or dispatched. However, for added flexibility, we do offer alternative payment options such as credit card instalments or Klarna, which may help spread the cost.

I am over the moon with my diamond initial ring 🥰 it is beautiful. Ordering the ring was quick and simple. I was told they had to make my ring to order so had to wait a few weeks which was fine. When it arrived by special delivery it was beautifully boxed with a gift bag. I opened the box to see my amazing ring looking as beautiful as I hoped it would be. I am so happy 😊 would highly recommend All Diamond to anyone buying jewellery and I will be visiting their site again.

Ordered a bespoke ring to match one already made by AllDiamonds.
After a lot of back and forth with AllDiamonds we ordered the ring but when it came it was not a great match although superbly made hence four stars.
From then on five stars!!
