Lied about coming into my unit and…
Lied about coming into my unit and charged the association $385, they didn’t expect to have a 24 year old homeowner in this building as everyone else is over the age of 65-70. I have a ring doorbell camera that records any motion by the door, this company was never in my unit or even by my door. Once I called them and brought up this major concern they have stated that they don’t recall putting on the invoice coming in to the unit. What happens here is that this company steals money from associations and the elder community hoping they will not be called out.
Associations & tenants please stay away from this company, they will ripp you off as they did with the south seas west on Marco Island.
