The most inconsiderate haulage company

Probably the most inconsiderate heavy haulage company there is. Here's why:
I just followed - at an average speed of between 10 and 15mph - for 20+ miles ( from just north of Shepton Mallet to Brislington, Bristol), one of their trucks. It was transporting a railway carriage. The tailback of traffic behind this truck must've been 10+ miles. Not once - and there were at least 4 opportunities - did the truck pull over to let traffic pass.
When it did stop (approaching the centre of Bristol) the young chap driving the outrider vehicle seemed more interested in having a vape than checking if traffic could get past.
Totally inconsiderate driving; no regard for any other road user whatsoever. AWFUL - AVOID!!!
