My ultrasonic cleaner is working again after fitting their new circuit board.

Prompt delivery, everything well packaged, good communications. So far unit working well as promised. Point to note: a 6 litre is the minimum size you'll need for a full size motorcycle carburettor such as a CV40.

As advertised, prompt delivery and good instructions. I bought this to ungum a motorcycle carburettor - it had stood for at least a couple of years and the float valve wasn't even letting fuel in to the float bowl. It took a couple of sessions with the carb cleaning solution supplied as part of the carburettor kit but the engine is now running and ready for use. The 6 litre cleaner was big enough for my 40mm Keihin. I've also bought some rust removing powder/solution. This appears to work on thin bare rust - I ought to have given the bits a good wire-brushing first.

Ordered an ultrasonic on a Friday afternoon and thought ahh we will have that by Monday/Tuesday, it was here 10 am the next day. Brilliant service, we have bought more than once from Allendale and have always had a good experience.

Googling for ultrasonic cleaning baths I came across Allendale Ultrasonics. After a quick phone call, I was left impressed with their professionalism, know-how and friendliness. An order for their 3 Litre Cavitek bundle shortly followed. It arrived the next day and very well packed to withstand the rigours of the postal system. I bought a Cavitek 6 litre ultrasonic bath to Clean a set of carburetors that had been unused for 30 years. With the correct cleaning solution the results were better than expected.

Searched the web for a company with good reviews. Saw so many with very poor or non existent backup and usually based abroad. Eventually found Allendale. A quick inquiry as to backup service and was well assured. Purchased a bundle one day and it arrived the next day in robust packaging. All tested and working as expected. The ultrasonic cleaner I purchased is fantastic and brilliant value.

I only buy from this supplier because of their excellent service and helpful attitude towards me as their customer, their prices are a little more than some, but you cannot put a price on good customer service
