I am very dissapointed. I got an appointment for today. I booked a taxi in the morning because I know it's going to be big traffic and I also asked to come 1 hour earlier. Unfortunately i can't walk 40 minutes because i am 37 weeks pregnant. A was waiting for a taxi and I call them i will late 20-30 minutes. (However i booked a taxi in early morning) they said i can't late more then 10 minutes. I asked an other appointment and they said they can't give me because I should cancel 48 hours before. So they deregistered me. Totally disaster. I understand i was a new NHS patience but this is not fair. They didn't give me a chance, however it was not my fault. I did everything what I could do it.

Had a check up and scale and polish here. It was painful and I was left with bleeding gums and have a dark blue purple mark on my gums. I asked to be deregistered and the receptionist was rude, didn't even ask how my treatment was or enquire why I wanted to be deregistered. I put in a complaint and they just gaslighted me, trying to say it was normal. It isn't normal to have a painful scale and polish, bleeding gums or marks on your gums after treatment. Don't waste your time at this incompetent practice who do not care at all about the service they provide. Unsafe and unprofessional.

We are new patients at Allen house we would like to give a review as our care was excellent we had our first appointment & also a filling in the same week staff are kind caring and receptionist on Friday morning was so helpful didn't get her name but went above and beyond for us would really give more than 5 stars if we could

My mum treated me to a Zoom teeth whitening treatment for a Christmas present (Dec 2021).
The warm and friendly Sarah Arden did the dental impressions for me required for the procedure and even complimented me on quitting smoking which I thought was very genuine and sweet.
The whitening treatment was conducted by the hygienist Pratichi who gave me a thorough scale and polish prior, to ensure I got the best results. I like how friendly and reassuring she was and I was very pleased with the outcome of my tooth whitening - I even got an after care pack which included a home whitening kit - something I was not expecting. (Really nice touch by the way).

Then in August 2022 I had some trouble with a tooth that I'd had root canal treatment and a filling placed inside at a different dentist a very long time ago but I was no longer registered with that company so decided to book in at Allen house as the filling had come out and the tooth had cracked and was very painful.
They were able to see me quite quickly - there seemed to be a new receptionist on duty who was genuinely so polite, welcoming and very efficient but sadly I did not get her name (Deserves lots of praise though). She held doors open for me as I was using crutches which I thought was so considerate.
So after a thorough consultation and an x-ray the tooth could not be saved. I am a wimp, very squeamish and have a very low tolerance to pain so when it came to the extraction Dr Aiman Sinjab was very kind to me, made me feel comfortable and like I could conquer the world in fact.....He even let me squeeze the dental nurse's hand - Laura Kilkenny was lovely to give her permission bless her and thank you it helped me.
Overall I would highly recommend this practice in a heartbeat.
Value for money, very clean premises, lovely and adorable staff with excellent treatment and advice given.
