Genuine expert advice!
Having been to screwfix and come away with entirely the wrong thing, it was a relief to be able to speak to someone who clearly knew what they were talking about and who could tell me what product I needed and some tips on how to use it succesfully. Really appreciated! Great service, good price, quick delivery... super!

Poor service no follow up
Phone sales on Wednesday to order materials, was advised they would be with me by Friday. At 3:30 on Friday I phoned because they had not arrived, no call no update. Was advised they would arrive by Monday 12. They did arrive on Monday morning but not all of the items. I had to call them again, they were out of stock. I took an alternative which was delivered the same day. Just had a call from the person I ordered it from giving me all sorts of excuses as to why things were delayed was, rude will never use them again

What a great company 3rd port of call…
What a great company 3rd port of call after B&Q and Screwfix to get a small screw for patio door felt embarrassed to ask for such a low value purchase but the guy on the counter was very helpful and retrieved 1 screw for me when I was at least expecting to purchase a packet I then asked him how much and he let me have as a sample.
Don’t often get service like that in this day and age most impressed.
