DISGUSTING COMPANY.
Absolute worst worst parking fine i’ve ever dealt with and I actually wish to never go to cornwall ever again because of it. 8 minute overstay, your 3 hour parking is from the very SECOND, actually no…the Millisecond you pull into the car park…so by the time you queue to get a ticket, put it in the window, kids out the car and actually walk to the beach you have about 2 hrs and 20 minutes to return to your car and not leave a second later than 3 hours you paid for. I appealed because the first incident my child was actually sick and came on very suddenly, hence the 8 minute delay and they pretty much said if you can’t stick to the contract, park somewhere else. This happened at trevone AND Polzeath. Absolute thieving A- holes.

The most money-grabbing evil corporation. We entered their car park to try and find a space. After driving around the car park and getting stuck behind slow moving traffic we exited without parking. We never stopped the car. They have charged us a fine! DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK THEY WILL FINE YOU EVEN IF YOU DON'T PARK. They rejected our appeal - despite the fact we confirmed the car was never able to be parked there. Pure evil, if I could I would give the 0 stars.

All the reviews are correct. Avoid this company at all costs. Ended up paying £100 for parking even though a ticket was clearly on display. Also confirmed payment by credit card but completely ignored by them. They do not deserve to be in business.

Its a Rip off!!! The time counts from when you enter the car park until you leave. Even walking to the machine and waiting in line to pay for your ticket, but they dont tell you that! We were over by only a few minutes and now have to pay the fine. That was at Harlyn Bay in Cornwall, so watch out at other beaches! Rip off Britain, as always

Expecting you to use an app to pay when there is poor mobile signal. Machine not working (wouldn’t take my card payment!).
I have 3 confirmed payments made for 3 seperate parking sessions. Combined overstay of 31mins - got clobbered for £180. 2 of the sites I didn’t get mobile signal until I was half a mile away. How do you pay if no signal and machine not working?
Avoid using their car parks in cornwall if I was you.

SCAMMERS - these people make it impossible to pay, no phone line, no app, no working machines, then charge you £100 - NEVER park in one, you will get done one way or the other

This company verges on Mafia style scruples. Purchased a ticket at Daymer Bay Car Park for one hour. Proof of payment provided. Timed in by the camera, timed out by the camera. Purchased my ticket within 3 minutes of entering the car park, time shown on my receipt. Stayed 34 minutes. Received a fine-appealed against it with all evidence-within the time allocation for appeal. Rejected on the grounds their machine did not recognise my reg number!!! Cost to me £60. Never again. If you see ALLIANCE PARKING just find somewhere else to park. In the letter to me they state that ''by parking I accept their terms and conditions. It states this at the site.'' They say ''if you don't like their terms, leave and park elswhere, you could be subject to £100 fine''!!! So all in the small print that motorists who just want to park obviously take the time to read!! Criminal in my opinion.

I've got a parking charge even tho I had a ticket, as I'm quite familiar with the justice system im am more than happy to stand up in court and present my evidence, I hope they show some common sense

I received a parking fine from Alliance Parking and have been trying to pay it for 3 days, there website for payments and there telephone payments keep failing to process my payments.

I can assume assume this is a ruse to ensure consumer missed the reduced payment date and they can then increase the fine.

BEWARE Payed for parking at Padstow Harbour car park by contactless payment to my surprise after week a car park fine turned up appealed had proof of my payment.Appeal declined.

DO NOT ENTER ANY PRIVATE CAR PARK IN CORNWALL OR ANYWHERE however much you want to visit the glorious beaches and areas in Cornwall. THEY WILL FINE YOU REGARDLESS AND SEND THREATS Sadly the tourist industry will have to take a hit whilst council’s /government sort this show out. Appalling disgraceful excuse of a human that owns these plots portraying them as legit car parks, scamming genuine folk.

Agreed with all the above comments - Alliance Parking UK is not worth a star but it is very central and convenient for the restaurant. My partner is disabled and he paid for 2hour parking via Ringo but received a letter with parking fine when we got home showing that we were 28minutes over time - agreed, we should have paid more attention to that and I have paid the fine. I appealed because it does take us longer to get from A to B these days but this was not upheld "Our evidence confirms that your vehicle was present in the car park for a period of 2 hours 28 minutes, however, payment was
made for a total stay of 2 hours only therefore, there was an overstay of 28 minutes.
In light of the above, I can only find that the charge was issued correctly; therefore, your appeal is declined." We had lunch at The Seafood Restaurant so probably lost track of time and actually I am surprised we were only 28mins over time!

It’s not even worth one star. What a corrupt company who hope you will fail to see the late response via email. No I have not paid the fine and nor will I the pictures sent by the the operators are very poor but this tin pot company will persue. Don’t give in to there minions!! They aren’t worth your time m.

This doesn't warrant any stars. Went to one of the park and ride car parks in Padstow, Cornwall. 2 buses sitting there but didn't look like they were moving. Waited exactly 11 minutes and 34 seconds to decide to park elsewhere due to the buses not going anywhere. Got a fine for 11 minutes and 34 seconds. Tried to appeal with no luck. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for 11 minutes and 34 seconds. Shame on you Kevin McManus!!!!!!!! I do believe in Karma.

Disgustingly unreasonable prices and no leniency for minor over stays with legitimate reasons. Making a family beach trip a potential financial catastrophe!

Kevin McManus, along with his team of crooks, is a cancer on society. They send fines out late and then deny people the option to pay the reduced fee. From reading all the other reviews it is clear that the employees of Alliance Parking have totally miserable lives. Karma is a strong force! They don’t even have the money to invest in a website, nor do they have any legitimate offices - one glance on Google shows the headquarters to be in a shabby, run down house in Cornwall! Absolute joke of a company. I bet Kevin is gutted that from October the tables will turn and he can’t charge people within the legal 10 minute grace period! Awww poor you guys, 80% of your revenue will disappear and you will need to get an actual job! I look forward to reading about your upcoming demise.

NO STARS - Absolute jokers! I've been parking in Harlyn Car park for about 35 years and these jokers have recently taken over. There is no grace time between driving into the carpark and out again, I paid for the amount of time I have "parked" but still got a ticket as I was 10 minutes over, no consideration for actually finding a space to park, idi0ts!

They claimed I hadn’t displayed the actual ticket I had purchased and subsequently presented to them. The ticket was not visible on the dashboard in their photo but interestingly you could not see the dashboard behind the steering wheel due to a big blur in the picture….this remained unmentioned in their reply to my appeal. Interesting they say proving payment is no grounds for appeal as people switch tickets after use, good reason except the number plate is shown on the ticket! I would love to fight this all the way but have had to swallow hard and pay the £20 goodwill settlement they offered me just to lose the headache. Watch out if parking In Padstow….

Alliance Parking do not even deserve the 1 star from me. I produced evidence that their parking charge, from Academy in Barry, was incorrect inasmuch as they showed a frontal picture of my parked car which looked as if I was parked slightly out of the lines, but I immediately took photos, within seconds, from the right side of my car to prove that I was in the lines. I sent the photos in with dates and time on them, but my appeal was denied and I had to pay £60. How many other disabled people has this company fleeced by taking photos from an angle that suits them.
