Professional, Friendly and Informative

The Staff were very professional, friendly and informative. I was treated very well before, during and after my PET CT Scan. The areas were very clean and was offered free Tea/Coffee and biscuits after my Scan. All in all a very good experience.

Patient safety should always comes first

Patient safety should always come first. I am aware of allegations that a patient experienced sexual misconduct during treatment associated with Alliance Diagnostics and Treatments Inc. Anyone considering treatment should conduct their own research, review publicly available information, and make an informed decision. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, professionalism, and safety at all times. If anyone believes they have experienced inappropriate conduct, they should consider reporting it to the appropriate authorities and regulatory bodies.

SCAM LINE

unfortunately westfield use this company as part of there health cash plan .
as part or seeing a urology consultant for suspected kidney stones , he required a hi def scan of my kidneys a ct ivu
rang their helpline to be told that you have to pay for the contrast dye bit , fair enough a contribution towards it wouldn't break the bank .
not heard anything from them , so tried to contact them
after numerous attempts had an phone call back saying the hospital had requested a ct itu scan and unfortunately this isn't covered .
so after first being told it is , then it isn't , then its a spelling mistake on the scan requested
non of which is at all helpful !!!
full of excuses and suddenly became uncontactable by phone and email , still not had reply's to emails
ended up asking westfield to get in contact with them
this has took over three weeks to get an answer only to find that you are / aren't covered for simple urological scan
i wouldn't recommend any dealings with this company
something so simple
something that shouldn't have been a worry , has just become pointless effort
its not a scan line its a SCAM LINE

Lack of care and communication

I had a CT scan at one of their clinics in January. At the time, the technicians who ran the test informed me that the results would be sent to my doctors within three weeks. However, despite regularly contacting my doctor for an update, I was informed that the scan results still have not been received, it’s now been over nine weeks. After reaching out to the clinic via the contact email on their website, I provided the details they requested. Since then, I have received no further response, despite multiple follow-ups. This lack of communication, combined with the significant delay in results, has caused me considerable stress and anxiety, especially given my health condition. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of care and communication I have received. I will be making a formal complaint to the NHS regarding this experience.

MRI scan

The actual MRI went without any problems. I self referred for this but they insisted on a letter from the doctor. As I paid for it myself I expected a report to be sent to me also but they refused

I had an appointment with Alliance…

I had an appointment with Alliance Medical, Holywood Road Belfast. I have to say I was petrified going in for an MRI as I'm claustrophobic. Kenny the Radiographer was absolutely brilliant, so a big shout out to him for his patience and kindness towards me.

MRI scan

I was booked for an MRI heart scan canceled the eve before saying the machine broke down only to find they hadn’t send me the form to complete then got another appointment for the 22 October got there hadn’t read my notes got ready for the scan then left me waiting over an hour l phoned to day to see about the results only to be told it will take six weeks never heard the likes never had that problem with the NHS scan wouldn’t recommend

Excellent

I attended St Mary Sidcup for a pet scan . Has no idea this was a private company ,but boy you could tell the difference virtually every way. If this is what I keep hearing about when they say keep the private sector out the nhs , well then I couldn’t disagree more. Excellent from beginning to end.

I cannot fault Alliance Medical staff…

I cannot fault Alliance Medical staff at Queen Mary’s Hospital Sidcup. They are compassionate and caring. My appointment was booked quickly and cancelled due to fault with machine but got an appointment for five days later which was excellent, and a few days before it, I received a personal phone call asking me if I was still ok to attend.
Well done to all the staff at Alliance Medical at Queen Mary’s

It's a good experience

It's a good experience. Staff are friendly. Staff experience all the procedures very clearly and provided locker for all belonging of mine. It goes very smoothly for me.
