Terrible experience with Allianz…
Terrible experience with Allianz Assistance Canada. It has been more than one year since I opened my claim for damaged luggage and missing belongings, and despite submitting countless documents, receipts, photos, and follow-ups, they still have not provided a final decision or compensation.
It honestly feels like they keep asking for more documents and creating delays just to exhaust customers until they give up on their claims. Every time I provide what they ask for, they come back with another excuse or another request instead of resolving the case.
Very poor customer service, unreasonable delays, and extremely frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Even if you pay a little more, choose a better insurance provider because this company does not seem willing to properly compensate customers.
