AllSecur- loyal customer Rip off? (AR-9432272382)
I am a customer of AllSecur autoversicherung (AR-9432272382) since 1.5 years. (I am a foreigner. I dont speak/understand excellent german so writing in english.)
In the FIRST YEAR, I paid 760 Euro/yr for car-insurance. I was happy with AllSecur. NO ACCIDENT/no claims by me in the first year. So I expected to have less car-insurance cost in the second year.
But now in the SECOND YEAR, I receive the receipt of 920 Euro/yr because of some accident statistical report.
Other insurance companies offer the similar insurance package (CHECK24.de and their own allsecur.de website) at much reduced price of 520 euro/yr and 660 Euro/yr.
So I called- they said, "sorry, you are late to inform/call. No change of contract. No termination of contract. You paid 920 Euro. You stuck with us now."
So,
They can offer new customers cheaper price but for me... NO. Good message to customers!
How nice of AllSecur to rip (their own customers) off like this!
Please correct this unfairness!

thank you for your feedback. We deeply regret, that our operating principles give cause for complaint. The increase in contributions has different reasons. On the one hand we are guided by the official statistics regarding to terms of accidents, environmental influences like hail and flooding. These statistics are conducted constantly one time per year for every insurance company in Germany. If there are any changes, we have to increase/reduce the contribution. If and how the statistics changes, depents on the region, where you registered your car and how many accidents/damages have been reported. There is also a statistic for your type of car. This Statistic reports the whole damages caused by your type of car in all of Germany.
We are aware, that the increase in contributions is no pleasant news for our customers. As insurer – and in the end for our policyholder – it is important that the contributions cover all costs caused by damages and suchlike.
We deeply regret, that we cannot give you a contrary answer.
