From start to finish I was impressed by the organisation apparent in the Perth office. The survey date was quickly arranged and the surveyor, Mr Mark Hall, arrived exactly on time. He listened attentively to further information I provided and overall his work during the survey was thorough and detailed and his manner was professional and friendly. The Home Report was delivered a few days later and approved through OneSurvey.org. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and recommend them to others.

BUYER BEWARE. If you go to view a property and allied have done the survey, completely ignore it and do your own assessment. We have lost out out on a lot of money and had to do a lot of repairs as we put faith in their report. They had the windows down as 1, when there was clear evidence of rot on the outside and inside. They also had the roof down as a 1 even though there were slates missing and visible cracks. Not only that but the soffit was clearly rotten, you could see how bad it was from two streets away. i would attach photos if i could. DO NOT PUT ANY FAITH IN THIS COMPANY.

Keith (Inverness office) undertook a thorough review of the property and produced a comprehensive report in a couple of days, which I appreciate isn't straight forward for a property built in the 1860's.

A home report that never picked up massive flaws with windows and doors in the property we purchased. Company very unhelpful and dismissive of complaint ,in fact pointed out that I should have been grateful getting the house at the price I did as though to excuse their poor service. If home report is done by this company I would advise you check everything thoroughly. Hamilton branch were used. I did in fact contact allied they replied helpful at first then denied all liability so their response to this is pretty useless but good try.
