..btw

..thought i was on to a good thing here but nope. wasted time and monies thanks to ther site miss-leading items discription. no reply from me emails to retify if ther was a listing mistake..wuld the outcome been different if this had been a registered trade order?!

china junk, great prices...

ordered the second tier r8 collets as the 1st were out of stock. they looked great, but one was a different brand. refused to fix that. tested a couple they were fine. grabbed one today threads stripped right out, sampled a few more, same thing. the ones i tested, previously i suppose were a fluke i guess. the rest are crap. its been almost a month and i tossed the boxes... i will update if they refund me.

Awesome Customer Service Response

totally blown away by the customer service. I sent them a note that I thought the part wasn't working right and the next thing I see in my Inbox is a tracking number for a replacement.
Product was well-made and sturdy. Very impressed with the quality, price was competitive and comparatively low.

I ordered the wrong tool holder by…

I ordered the wrong tool holder by mistake. Sent it back and they sent the correct one at NO additional charge or shipping.
I now go to All Industrial Tool Supply first then to E-bay.

I ordered a Kurt vise from All Industrial at the best price I could find online. Vise arrived in good shape in just a week. Not bad considering the heavy weight of the box.
