When a staff member is rude and the prices are ridiculous, then for sure you will have 4.0 ratings. Utterly rude staff when I said I dont want to go ahead for a short distance recovery, he responded by asking me if I wish to be paid to call them. Learn to have good customer service before you even establish a business.
I bought a car from a dealer and on the way home it broke down my husband who was with me called the recovery a wonderful man named William he was amazing was such a lovely man looked at my car and said it sounds ok a lot of cars brake down in the heat i hope his life is amazing and he invites us to his wedding

Never use this company! I had a booking and they didn't arrive. I had a recovery to Kia dealer and almost lost my time slot and next slot is in month time. Operator said that he will call me back in a minute and ignored me. Unacceptable service!

We fully understand how important timed bookings are, especially when a dealership appointment is involved, and we appreciate how stressful it must have been to feel that your slot was at risk.
As a recovery service, our drivers can occasionally be delayed by traffic conditions, road incidents, or previous jobs overrunning, which are unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, the lack of a return call after we advised that we would update you is not acceptable and falls below the standard of communication we aim to provide.
We are reviewing this matter internally with our dispatch team to improve how delays and updates are handled, particularly where customers are working to strict appointment times.
