Received another item, not the one I ordered.
Indeed they will tell you that according to them, it was written is super small in the page, while displaying the correct one in big.
And for sure, it wasn't working.
Beware, they do not fully refund on return, and keep the VAT. That's probably their business model, returns money.

I ordered (o/no AR113755) and paid for an item for my NICE ELECTRIC gate
They charged Euro 8.90 for delivery (more than the price of this small part) and was told to expect the part in 3-4 days
I received an email giving a tracking number from La Poste on the 15 July confirming the above delivery promise
I have NOT had my goods and the Poste Tracker hasnt updated once in the last 11 days
Is this company Legitimate ?
From my experience its NOT doing well

I purchased a control Board for my electric gates on 3/7/22, I received and acknowledgement on the 5/07/22, with a tracking number, which didn't work. Believing this to be too earlier for the item to have registered for tracking I waited. I received the invoice, which for the first time gave the company' address and the fact they charged VAT when exporting outside of the EU, not correct! I wrote complaining of non receipt of the product and obviously to refund the VAT. To date; no response. Today I have tried telephoning, the number given doesn't connect! I am now fed up with this inept and possibly scamming treatment, I do not have the time. I notice they sometimes reply to these Trustpilot comments, so treat my order as cancelled, I will recover monies through Mastercard services, your treatment of customers is not 100% satisfied so remove this from your website and deal with customers fairly and promptly, do not write promises, which you cannot keep!

J'ai acheté une centrale de commande pour mes portails électriques le 07/03/22, j'ai reçu un accusé de réception le 07/05/22, avec un numéro de suivi, qui ne fonctionnait pas. Estimant que c'était trop tôt pour que l'article soit enregistré pour le suivi, j'ai attendu. J'ai reçu la facture, qui pour la première fois indiquait l'adresse de l'entreprise et le fait qu'elle facturait la TVA lors de l'exportation hors de l'UE, ce n'est pas correct ! J'ai écrit pour me plaindre de la non réception du produit et évidemment pour rembourser la TVA. À ce jour; pas de réponse. Aujourd'hui j'ai essayé de téléphoner, le numéro donné ne me connecte pas ! J'en ai maintenant marre de ce traitement inepte et peut-être arnaque, je n'ai pas le temps. Je remarque qu'ils répondent parfois à ces commentaires Trustpilot, alors traitez ma commande comme annulée, je récupérerai l'argent via les services Mastercard, votre traitement des clients n'est pas satisfait à 100 %, alors supprimez ceci de votre site Web et traitez les clients équitablement et rapidement, ne le faites pas écrivez des promesses que vous ne pourrez pas tenir !
