AllParts Southwest Ltd is a company…

AllParts Southwest Ltd is a company that sells car parts, but my experience with them was extremely disappointing and dishonest.
I bought brake calipers from them, and the item was not working. My mechanic inspected the part and rejected it as faulty. I returned to the Exeter branch where I bought it, to return the item, but the man at the right-hand side of the office (very sarcastic and unprofessional) refused to accept the return.
I then requested to speak with the manager. This request was refused in person, the manager also dismissed my complaint without properly reviewing the issue.
At that point, I realised this company’s behaviour feels like taking money from customers by trick—selling faulty parts and then refusing responsibility. Out of anger and frustration, I left the faulty item there.
I strongly advise others to be careful before buying from All Parts. If something goes wrong, do not expect honesty, accountability, or basic customer service.
