Breath of fresh air. Brilliant to deal with. Jackie ,whom i spoke with today was excellent and helpful, she guided me through a payment process. I'm not best with 'technology' but she was patient and courteous throughout my call. Great start to the new week, totally stress free.

I had some major issues trying to upload our annual amendments for our rent this year. We were delayed in getting them to Allpay and in the rush ended up making some terrible errors. I called Allpay several times and spoke to very helpful staff. Ellie and Michelle... thank you so much for your support. Michelle went above and beyond to reassure me and ensure the data was correct. I was having issues when trying to upload our annual bulk direct debit amendments. Convinced I was probably the issue, I gave the team a call and spoke with both Wendy Davies & Michelle Watkins. They went above and beyond to support me with possible issues and went through everything to get the issue resolved. Managed to get this sorted and have successfully uploaded to the AllPay system. I contacted allpay and spoke to a lovely member of the team I think their name was Ellie. They were very supportive and resolved all my issues within a few minutes.
I am so pleased with the service an would definitely recommend this to other people looking for a quick and easy way of making payments.

as a disabled person using pre paid allpay its terrible failed to pay and did not allow me to log on website and had no disabled facilities for help and support.
does not even comply with British law and EU law on website for deaf blind etc.
disgusting trying to use the website that has no security and errors.
staff nbo help told to setup my own account then transfer i would if i could use website and the phone number you have given does not work for deaf and disabled.
The gov did not sign off on the website and is clearly misleading,
Lost so many deals
And I cured so many costs now it’s a joke refuse to use it and don’t settle for setup your own account make them do the work.
Also WCAG 2.0 covers an extensive range of recommendations aimed at making websites more accessible to both users with disabilities as well as users in general.
And I have sent the data report in showing the breaches in security and code failures carta.
And before you reply back you have not been gov checked and your site does not comply,
And no gov tag and disabled tags no readers nothing don’t tell lies don’t use this service

I also did not receive a receipt when I paid my rent 2 weeks ago. Via the phone I may add ( as I encountered problems trying to pay online and on the app) This is the first time I have had no receipt in all the years I've been using allpay. I am also NOT a Barclays customer.

I just paid rent on your app and the money is pending in my bank however I have not received a receipt to say that I have made the payment! In the past I have never had this issue and I always receive a receipt regardless of the payment pending! So what is going on with your app and where is my receipt? Many thanks. Thank you for your reply however I am not a Barclays customer, perhaps Allpay have a Barclays bank and that was the issue with your services. I called up and got a receipt in the end! Please take Ownership and please sort out your system. It’s not working properly.

I tried paying my rent on their app again today. Guess what, it didn't work! Unsurprisingly.
It's the same as the gentleman below said (but I have an android phone) It always gets to the part where a challenge should appear, then about 30 seconds later says can’t verify my card and to contact my bank. There is also nothing wrong with my card!!
But this is not the first time and I see the people who have given 5 stars for this company. They had to contact them about a problem first.
Why do we have to keep doing that!
There is always some technical issue and it needs sorting out big time!!!
So what next. I will try my windows laptop later, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. If that doesn't work I pay over the phone directly to the housing association. Which is a pain keying in your bank details each time.

My wife can pay fine on her windows laptop however- go figure! But don’t know what we’d do if we didn’t have a laptop.

Absolute rubbish. Save all passwords and doesn't recognise. Request your password and that doesn't work. It's frustrating time consuming and makes my rent late.
