We have now had our pond UV filtration system running for two months, and the difference in the clarity of water is marked. Cleaning the filter out really is an 'eye-opener'! The fountain attachment we have chosen to use is also a bonus, as it directs the water back into the pond, rather than trying to empty the pond as our previous fountain did. The aeration seems better, and the fish more lively.

I purchased a 55W UV steriliser and after just two months it tripped the RCD. When I checked, I found water inside the bulb holder, something that should never happen in a correctly manufactured unit.

When I contacted the company, their response was essentially to blame me for “not checking the sleeve properly” during installation. If they genuinely believe water and electrics can happily coexist for two months without causing a problem, they need a serious refresher on basic electrical safety.

This product is cheaply made, clearly not built to last, and the customer service is even worse. They refuse to take responsibility for a fault that is obviously a manufacturing or sealing issue.

Buy from this company at your own risk, but don’t expect any support if something goes wrong.

The on line chat is very good but forget it if you want to speak to a human. You have to go on line get a ticket number and wait for them to call you which they never do.
If you know exactly what you want to buy it's acceptable but if you want any advice by discussing products forgot it, it doesn't exist with this company. For that reason I would never purchase from them!

Great online company for pond and aquarium needs, fast delivery, good products and excellent communication

Ordered a replacement pump after the old one went bad - taking out the house electrics in the process! Ordered it on a Saturday and left the fish to their own devices expecting a delivery sometime in the week following. Was astonished to have it in my hands on Sunday. Installed it and it's doing it's job just fine! Thank you, guys - a great job all round. (Oh - and the fish say thanks too!)

I've used them every time for my pond pump needs and they have been fantastic. Fast delivery, good communication and products. I'm very happy and will continue to use them for my pond needs.

Excellent service again, I ordered replacement filter sponges and a uv bulb and it delivered the next day. A day earlier than expected. Yours is one company I recommend to anyone as the filter is great and my experiences have been superb in all areas. And I am a customer not staff, highly recommended!

Last time it was 5 star. This time disappointed. Bought a pump with fountain. When I turned on fountain filter went off. Sent videos as requested. The fountain control is so stiff the only way to regulate the flow is with pliers. And because it is so stiff I can only get no fountain or a very high fountain which is too high for my pond. Emailed about problem. They wanted another video. Surely they could get a pump off the shelf and see if the fountain control moves freely. Gave up.

Pump stopped working, identified broken impeller, ordered a new one online from All-pond solutions for £13, free delivery, received it next day, pump back in operation in less than 24hours, fish fine!

I’ve bought pumps and filters from this company for many years and always been happy — until now. The pump I bought last August needed a new impeller after just four weeks. After winter, the front section had detached completely, and I was told this was “accidental damage” with no replacement part available. The model had also been discontinued. After several emails, the only offer was a 5% discount.
A friend eventually retrieved the missing part from the bottom of the pond, but now the impeller has failed again. Customer Services were polite, but I was told impellers are “fragile” and should be replaced yearly, with no guarantee on future availability.

I ordered an AqueECO pond pump that failed after only a few weeks use. The response of the company was definately 5*. Kyra was more than helpful on the phone, helped me through the process of uploading a video to demonstrate the problem & sent out a new pump that arrived the next day. This is working pertfectly. Easy ordering process, quick delivery and good quality products

I found out that they have discontinued the impeller from the spare parts they have for the 1000ef canister filter which may not sound much but when it breaks the filter is absolutely useless i only found out after buying another one if this one breaks it will mean another one useless why do they keep selling it when they know the problem i will never use all pond solutions again I cannot understand them
