They didn't include my complete order and when nI nhotified them they sent out the missing item in a cheap box which allowed my poster to get damaged.

Meh…
1) Very slow to ship. VERY slow.
2) Decent quality prints and canvasses.
3) Support is 50/50. I had a question about damp room placement and got a nice reply. I had a request regarding FedEx which was ignored. Like I said, 50/50. Not good.
4) FedEx is used for shipping. This is the worst shipping company to deal with. There are frequent deliveries to the wrong address. This makes it risky to buy from Allposters.

First shipment arrived destroyed but I was able to call and get a replacement and the replacement arrived perfectly fine.

Buying was easy. Getting them was awful. It took a month to receive my order. That’s extremely bad for an online business. In addition, I sent an email to customer service and never received a reply.

Our order arrived even earlier than expected In excellent condition (no dented or smooshed boxes), and whoever did the packing did an extremely good job. Everything was neat and orderly, especially in the box with the tube.

Prints were too dark for my attic…
Prints were too dark for my attic studio. I paid $17.05 to mail return (4) prints to ALLPOSTERS.
Fine Arts America has far SUPERIOR Return Policy. They require customers to DESTROY Purchased prints and submit proof with photographs. This avoids costs of mailing returns back to vendor.
