I needed a specific part for my water softener. I sent a photo of the part and it was sent to me by courier to make sure I had it straight away. Darren Bradford, who I dealt with kept me informed of the progress.

I have been buying new filters from this company for about 15 years. I recently had problems with pipes leaking. When I called, Paul suggested various options for repairing. Not only did I receive the parts within 24 hours but he then emailed me instructions showing what I needed to do. This family run business goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

I was stuck in trying to replace a part for a water filter system and had been told by other companies that the part was obsolete and they couldn't help. Allpure Filters immediately answered the phone, knew exactly what I was after and after a quick email exchange to check it was the right part, were able to supply and dispatch immediately. Great service. I emailed about filters as we had bought from the company a couple of years ago. Was contacted back first thing the next working day. I needed to delay the parcel which was easy to arrange. Fantastic service, will use again and definitely recommend the company.

My father's filtration system was old and hadn't had the filters changed in a bit too long. We ordered replacement filters but the membrane failed after the change (also old and not replaced in the right timeframe) so Paul discussed the issues with us and offered us a newer system with a discount. The newer system fitted in well and Paul could not have been more helpful, patient and informative. We were absolutely impressed by the customer service, attention to detail and follow up to make sure everything was right for my father.
In this day and age it is unbelievably refreshing to have such good customer service and to be able to talk to just one person on the phone with direct dial to that person. Wonderful company.
