Unfortunately, Allsafe doesn't return the deposit. They arrange dates, promises, and the money is gone. If you want to lose your money, deposit it there and you won't see it again. They have to return over 400 euros for the deposit, for which you have to wait 4-6 weeks, and they still don't return it. I'm going to the police tomorrow.

I had an excellent experience with Allsafe Storage in venlo on 16th December 2025. I had several pieces of luggage and other items to move, and with the help of two amazing staff members, everything went smoothly from start to finish.
They went above and beyond by assisting me with my belongings and even arranging a free bus to the venlo mail post
location where I needed to send my items. Their level of service was outstanding — both staff members were professional, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Truly two great guys who made the whole process stress-free.
This is honestly the best storage experience I’ve ever had. The prices are very affordable, and the customer service is top-class. I will definitely recommend Allsafe Storage to anyone looking for reliable and professional storage services.
