This was my was my third time ordering Nike polos from Allstar logo, the embroidery and quality on the polo we excellent as usual. One of the best companies i have worked with.
I ordered custom uniforms from AllStar Logo and experienced repeated delays and communication issues. After multiple follow-ups, the order arrived well past the stated timeframe.
The jackets delivered were not the same product as previously ordered (lower quality, unlined, and missing the back logo). I was billed for two logo customizations per jacket but only one was applied. In addition, three of six hats had serious embroidery alignment defects.
The company acknowledged the problems by phone and promised to remake and reship by a set date. That deadline passed without shipment or tracking, and further emails were not answered.
I made several good-faith attempts to resolve this directly but did not receive consistent communication or follow-through.
