Paid for the call-out for a locksmith to fix the main entrance door but problem remained the next day! When reported the issue, I was informed need to pay for another call-out to fix the problem.
After a few calls with Customer Services, I was told I need a replacement part for the door. As a good will, no fitting charge (agreed in writing). A few days later before the locksmith come, I had a call from Customer Service that the price quoted was for incorrect parts. The new price is double the original quoted price plus fitting!!

Called when the lock broke on my front door and the key wouldn't open it. Called just before 6pm Monday evening and by 6:30 I was back in the house. The only downside is that I was given a price over the phone that didn't include VAT and I wasn't told it didn't include VAT so I was a little surprised when I went to pay and it was about £20 more than I expected. The other downside is the cost to replace the lock. I didn't go ahead with this as it would have cost me £144 in total - I got a new lock the next day for less than £30 from Screwfix.

I unfortunately locked myself out of my flat late one evening. The gentleman the helped arrived very quickly and was very nice and quick. Fair pricing. No complaints!

Quick and professional service, would recommend them!

Arrived within 30 minutes of calling after leaving keys in house. The locksmith was able to the door within seconds. Not cheap, but not going to quibble when stuck outside house in the rain.

After paying £70 plus for a 2 minute job, the lock failed again after opening and closing the door twice! Called locksmith and said we would have to pay again!!!!!! What!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY will be reporting to trading standards

I think job done in less the one minute, at one house 10minutes walking from the store, could have a better valour... 1hr waiting per 1 minute job, and 80£ I think is too much, sometimes “we” have to be flexible ;)

Replied to my distress call very quickly then, smoothly and efficiently, reunited me with my house keys which were all inside the house, whilst I had been stuck outside. No hesitation in recommending this service very highly.

I became trapped when the door between two room wouldn't open. Brilliant lad came out and managed to fix the door. He was more than competent and made sure that the door was as good as possible before he left us. He was professional, tidy and had a real skill in what he was doing. It was a difficult job and he made it look easy. He arrived within the hour and we felt the money he charged was fair. We would have no reservation in recommending him and using him again.
