I took three bags into the store and explained the repairs I needed done. It took 8 months for Ally Capellino to complete the repairs, in that time stating staff absences and a broken repairs machine (surely if your machines broken you either get the machine fixed in a timely manner, or outsource it to be repaired, otherwise surely you shouldn't be offering repairs services). During the 8 months I was contacted four times by four different people to ask what repairs needed doing, after I'd had a thorough conversation with someone about this when I initially took the bags in store. I visited the store four times in this period as no one contacted me to say the bags were ready, and when they did contact me I went to the store and the couldn't find one of the bags they were repairing for me. It says something about how chaotic this business is as they didn't seem to know what was going on at any time. Thoroughly disappointed with this inept repairs service.
