Very disappointing

Poor website, poor book choice (summaries!) and VERY difficult to navigate cancellation. Feels like a scam. Managed to google how to cancel it -thewebsite/account/cancel for anyone else struggling! You scroll down to the bottom where it says "cancel and loose access" in small black font (not obvious) and then it will cancel it. I just hope I don't get charged like others have. The 5* reviews on here HAVE to be fake.

All You Can Books – Beware

I signed up for a free trial on December 10th. The same day, I realized the platform did not have the books I was looking for. When I tried to cancel, I discovered there is no visible or functional cancel button on the website. I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the free trial.

Instead of canceling my account, they responded with generic marketing messages about their outdated book selection and completely ignored my request to cancel. I clearly stated that I was not interested and could not find any way to cancel.

One month later, I was charged $25.

I contacted customer service again right away requesting cancellation and a refund since I never used the service. What followed was over 10 back and forth emails where I repeatedly asked:
How to cancel my account
For my account to be closed
For a refund

They provided false or broken links, and none of them worked. There is still no cancel option on the website. At this point, it feels intentional.

This company continues charging customers without clear consent, ignores cancellation requests, and makes it nearly impossible to close an account. I am now filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the charge.

Do NOT give this company your card information under any circumstances.
Once they have it, they charge you and ignore refund requests.

Extremely shady and unethical business practices.

They steal your money!

They steal your money. They say its a month free trial and if you cancel before the 30 days you dont pay. I cancelled before 30 days and was debited. When I contacted them they just said I didnt complete my free trial so it automatically charged me... and then I said I want my money back. They dont give money back but then all of a sudden accept your cancellation. Its a terrible very difficult to use site. Would recommend to stay clear of this scam! Highly dissapointed.

How to cancel subscription

It didn’t have the book I was looking for and did not have an option to cancel. Only for another review on trust pilot, I wouldn’t know what to do. I successfully cancelled doing the following as recommended by another reviewer: Put the website in to the search bar and add /cancel on the end, then scroll to the very bottom to cancel. I did then finally get an email to say my subscription was cancelled. I wouldn’t bother emailing the customer service as from previous reviews it states you will be charged
